Why not just fix it Dave?

It'll take a weekend if you do it yourself ... recruit your mini terrorists, buy a heap of pavers, buy some sand & metal, rent a whacker and pave your driveway.

I'm not exactly the handyman type...at all.

And the mini-terrorists are 5 and 7 - hardly apprentice material yet.

And there's a hatch thingy near where the hump is, which I probably need to sort out with Council or somebody to lower the level of.

Did I say I'm crap with my hands yet?

No no, I much prefer to boost my local economy by paying someone else to do it!

I used to help my dad when I was 5 ... I couldn't push the wheelbarrow yet, but I could still lay bricks ... or at least bring them to him.

It is always easier to get someone else to do it though ...

... I'm hoping when I get to the stage where I need stuff done, all I have to do is call dad. I hate paying labourers and tradespeople, I see it as a waste, probably because of the laziness factor or something.

Oh, c'mon Taka. Stop deleting posts, Gomez is the only one in the line of fire ... and at the end of the day, who really cares what he thinks or says?

Now attention people!

I want this (the quote) to stop.

Attacking personally is not on (read forum codes and you guys better know it well) and agruing about offtopic issue is not appropriate in a thread about exhaust.

I did not delete any posts. I encourage any arguements about this and it has to be on the lounge! So I move it here!

Gomez you started it this time and I gave you a warning. Please do not repeat.

I am also upset of people calling me names (retract this comment I don't think I have been yet.... at least not here). What the **** do I do if I have police this place so some new comer looks less threatened.

Yeah I did ... sounds like someone's got a bad case of bored at work syndrome (BAWS)?

Exactement young Kalli. I don't mind the odd bit of spirited pruning and do my fair share of the domestic stuff, all things considered, but renovations, etc are my idea of what people with not much of a life do on weekends to avoid having to stare at each other. Just because there's a DIY industry, doesn't mean you have to participate!!

Mind you, a wander through Bunnings can be fun...especially when the Scouts are flogging sausage rolls on a cold Sunday morning when you're hungover, lol.
