LOL. I had my ear pierced at the age of 20. A month later I started working in a law firm and it came out.

Brendan Nelson kinda killed the whole idea of ever doing it again.

There's an idea for the 2006 Nats - instead of T-shirts we have rotary ear studs (spinning ones of course!) and offer a free piercing service... Gomez would be pretty good with the hammer and our special silver plated nails...

Hey Kunz,
You've got 20" Hektiks, don't you? Is that with stock suspension? Do you find they rub at all? (sorry to the rest of you for actually discussing car matters........)

Well if I'm going to have a seperate set of track rims, why not go the whole hog on my cruise rims? I'm worried that the bigger 20s might slow the car down though, I know bigger wheels have on 4 wheel drives I've owned. Got a set of 31s on the Tribute right now! (tyres)

Hammers are soooo 20th century. Nailguns all the way now, baby!!

Special high pressure setting offered to Nats attendees who arrive in Peugeots.... . Whose bucket of frog puss was this one, anyway?

It is a while since I built the 2 houses I have lived in, but as an interesting anecdote, back then the builder would supply nails to the chippy, if the chippy used a hammer. If the chippy used a nail gin, then the chippy had to buy them himself. Interesting, but makes a lot sense I guess.

Cheers,
Hymee.

I have had three carpenters on site, five days a week for fourteen weeks.

They only use hammers for demolition!

WHT are they doing for all that time then? Both houses I built, there was only one carpenter. He only got a mate to help when they had to picth the roof or place the roof trusses.

I guess they don't make em like they used to

Cheers,
Hymee.
