I wish i could have gone. So saying that I'm down in Melb this weekend and the company is sending me to Phillip Island for the Motorbike Race there on Sunday, All expenses paid.
Don't know much about Motorbikes, only they have less wheels, however it promises to be a day of fun!
If you see a shady character down in wakefield with a VR RX-8 then please don't be alarmed, it's only going to be me drooling from a distance.

Things to bring
Warm, windproof jacket
fold up chair (there's never one where you need to sit)
torch
stopwatch
if you suffer from allergies, bring your favourite anti-histamine (non-drowsy) as there's lots of pollen around Wakefield ATM
sunscreen (with apologies to Baz Luhrman)
long sleeve shirt (must have this to drive on the track...long pants and shoes with socks, too)
helmet
basic tool kit including 10mm socket and driver

I am sure there are so many screwdriver in the Nats... people can share;
I am doing a workshop for installing the 3rd brake light logo. I have the transparency ready, Revolver is bringing tape and cutting equpiments. And I can show you on Revolver's car what to do and do them yourself - very simple indeed.

Special thanks to those that agreed to "bunk" so that we could fit every one at Wakefield... It has been challenging to say the least!
Ah that's the thing about going to the Nats.... There will be things that happen and words that are said at the Nats that will never be shared on a forum.. They are those things that are accompanied with the words "you had to be there.." :D

Just for everyone's information, in addition to generous sponsorship and support from Mazda, Performance Design (Hymee), Reliance Rotary and Rotor Master, Whiteline is providing two generous gift certificates as prizes at the Nats
That's great news timbo. A big thanks in advance to you (and your minions... :p ) for securing these sponsorships and for organising what promises to be a great weekend.
Thanks also to Mazda, Performance Design, Reliance Rotary, Rotor Master and Whiteline for their support. I'm sure I speak for all when I say we truly appreciate your generosity.
