I have just sent out by email receipts to all those people from whom I have received both a completed entry form and payment. If you have done both, but received nothing, let me know ASAP.
We have about half the committed list in now. Thank you all that have sent both for responding so quickly
I went to Wakefield on Sunday to view the RENEW day and chat with the organisers. They had 42 cars there, and felt 40 is a better number. Because of this, we are certainly not going to extend the numbers beyond the current 45. So, don't delay, or you just may miss out
Also, accommodation at the track is now full in terms of 1 person per room -- they are twin share rooms, so we intend getting people to share. If you have a major problem with this, let me know ASAP (I will ensure couples and those with children are properly accommodated)

I have a room with 2 beds booked at wakefield if my son or Ken (mechanic /owner from ROTARY BEAT decide not to come it may be available .
