Couple of new photo's, Black with BBS Wheels
I've seen that car close-up when it had a white ribbon over the bonnet.
Hey 4rotor, have you heard whether the wedding shots are available yet? Keen to see how they turned out.

Have you photoshop the picture.. I think it will be hard to take the car with front and rear in focus and the background having this depth of field./..
Could you tell me how you do that????
BTW the wheels are great

Just layered with a blur in photoshop.
Cheers all...
Ezzy, yep for a few weeks in Sydney. Hmmmm poor M5.
Gotta say, driving the Auto RX-8 is like driving something really really nice which goes around corners like it's on rails and stops on a dime - but DOES NOT GO AT ALL!!!!!
It is sooooooo slow - even little 4 cylinders are faster. I can't even race 4WD's from lights as I don't think I would win. The 19 inch wheels do have a noticable effect on acceleration.
And what I think is also really bad is the fuel consumption, the M5 is only a little bit worse but it does 200mph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But - saying all that, I still ran a 1.17.9 around Wakefield, so not that bad really as I have seen that a few manuals are running similar times
Nick: Tyres:
Front 235 x 35 (19inch)
Rear: 265 x 30 (19inch)

sniff) what it's like stepping from an M5 into a manual 8, let alone the depowered A/T version. Painful. You probably feel you can run faster.
As for the time at Wakefield - commendable but let's face it - it ain't about power at that track.

....
Hmm, I wonder if now is a good time to let it slip that black beauty has an A/T.
