not all cops are arseholes. youve got to remember that they live on stereotypes. The amount of times they must pull over hot cars being driven by hoons must be in the thousands! Just remember as a rule of thumb. The hotter your car is, the more chance the police have of pulling you over. its not in any official police book but thats just how it is unfortunately.

 

And there in lies the million dollar question...why? I know it may be different between states, but do Police have the right to pull over a car (that is not doing anything illegal) because it looks like it might be illegaly modified? Because I have a body kit, is that justification to pull me over to see if I have other modifications that may be illegal?

You're completely correct. Not all cops are arseholes. It's just the ones that pull me over at 4am in the morning when I haven't been drinking or doing anything wrong.

I got pulled over for cornering too fast once ... IN MY OWN STREET! I'm sorry, I don't drive a commodore so I don't have to slow down for that corner or the others that I went through!

 

I cross examined her about it actually, she was pretty clueless. Made the "cornering too fast" bit up on the spot.

the coppa that pulled me over today was a ********, pulled me over for an 'rbt'. bullshit, pulled me over because im a p plater driving a nice car and he was cut that he had to roll round in his rodeo...

its been 3 times now, and ive only had the car for about 2 months, sucks

Many police are punished if they speak out against the system - in particular if they discuss the "Q' word.

If issuing tickets means we get the bloody idiots off the road....then do it I say!
