When the next time you think there is a nice bin on the road which is tin covered, it is an ugly speed camera. What the....?

It is really crazy - they are more and more sneaky - I will too. What happen when I try to throw my half empty beer can in there!?

C'mon -- you're all talking anarchy. Surely, Melbourne's helpful waste disposal engineers (aka garbos) will correctly and speedily deal with this issue :D
