Hi every 8's owner,

I have bought a 5 channels Amp, a sub with box and a RCA cable from overseas about 2 months ago, and I've been looking for some RELIABLE places for the installation. I wanna know if there are some places which U guys would suggest. I've been told by a shop that I have to first buy 2 RCA convertors and they are $30 each, and the shop charged me $240 just for the installation. Can anyone tell if this was a good price? Thanks bro!

 

I had my amp and speakers (I've got the BOSE head-unit) installed by FHRX Studios, who did a great job considering the difficulty in working with the BOSE.

I'm quite particular on quality installs and I'm heading back there for some additional work, so they get the thumbs up from me.

So how much was your installation and did they tell U to use some of those RCA convertors or something else? One of my friends told me that by using the RCA convertors, the chance of getting the engine noise from the speakers when acclerate is very high... do U or anyone have some ideas or suggestions for me? thanks alot bro!! BTW, i am having the Bose as well....
