hmmm.... as if Mazda knows what they are doing...

There won't be any 6AT any sooner guys.

Just watch the latest RX-7 mag... the Japanese are still thinking a 6AT while the American are pushing for it and made a prototype

 

I was told...by someone of repute in MA...that RHD export 6AT would commence production in late October But then again, what would Mazda know!

As to other differences, I believe there are very few -- the box sections will now be foam filled as per the Shinka, and there was also mention of a keyless ignition...but it might all be rumour!

 

in the mazda website, the news release for ocotber 2005 is that the changes are only to the interior and a few more colours. the inew nterior colour is now beige. that is the official statement from mazda.
