Max's La Knick's and Cathy Watt is fine with me. Nice and close. Rosso, I'll be there at 10.30 so lets have a coffee there.

I guess we still have time to do this!

OK BBQ???? BYO food??? Drinks??? and desert???

I means a trip to the supermarket the Friday prior and bring their food whatever they like. I just go down to Coles and get a BBQ pack. I can see Stu having a Twisties sandwich there :.

AS has BBQ areas and should not be hard to find one nearby.

Andrew, or someone else, can bring the utensil and oil for cooking. I don't think I can find them quick after moving houses .

Taka

My opinion... 2 or 3 course meal for lunch is just too much for me. I am on a diet... preparing for the Xmas meals...

However, I would be just as happy to force feed myself if it is everyone's decision to go and eat a huge lunch.

Do they serve chicken parmigiana there? I'm a chicken eater too... I eat only chicken

I think a picnic BBQ will be better - stuff those set menu that no one can choose what to eat

Now if I can set up another voting box I could but...

Cafe (in Mornington - I can find and book for 20 easy).

OR

BBQ (BYO food and drink to share like last time - someone will bring utensils and plates).

VOTE NOW!

I will bring (well my wife will) 3 salads, enough for everyone to have some of each. Lets just say bring your own meat. Are there any vegans?

Rock

My 1st preference would be a cafe (or even something like Ashcome Maze which might be good for the children although I do not remember if you can access the cafe without paying for entrance which maybe cost prohibitive) Too many choices maybe.

However happy to go along with a BBQ and could even bring tongs, BBQ mate etc!

Will await democratic outcome.

I Taka & everybody else...

I'd prefer a BBQ, or, we could just get a bunch of chickens & salads (K.I.S.S.) - I can get some plastic plates, knives, forks, spoons etc from Safeway.

I'd prefer not to bring the cheesecake or pav 'cause i don't want bits of it scattered through the car if i have to brake suddenly

I vote for the BBQ. The Lake Mountain day was great so why not just do the BBQ again.

BBQ = 4,

vs

Cafe = 2,

No idea = 7 others unreplied

So Stu will bring us meat again

BBQ = 5,

VS

Cafe = 3,

Yet to reply = 5.

I can always make a plan if BBQ wins - there will be a backup plan if it rains (to be decided on the Thursday) - we go cafe . I will book one (without deposit and quiet) and cancel it on the Thurs b4 if we go BBQ on the Sunny Sat. I will find the cafe today.

I would like to vote BBQ. Nicer social atmosphere and I guess plenty of room for the kids (and overactive adults) to run around. I'll bring some non-alchololic beverages, juice and soft drinks + cups.

I am for BBQ. Like I said, I will be happy to bring the Salads so all people need to worry about is there meat.

IO am also happy to cook, but if other people start first I am not about to go pushing people out the way (unless they ask me to!)

Personally I'm a cafe man. Like to be waited on wherever possible.
