Motion ratio

I just picked up a 2004 RX-8 and I am trying to decide what I want to do with the suspension. I've been searching all over for the motion ratio to help me decide what spring rates I want. But I have had zero luck at finding them.

Does anyone know what the motion ratio's are?

I am exploring this same question. I have hear it was pretty high (meaning mcloser to 1 than 0.5), but have asked for exact numbers. I too am in the process of updating my suspension. I just made some decisions.

I will drop it here as soon as I get an answer.
