I finally broke down and decided I should probably invest in a set of brakes. All of my pads are in need of replacement and although my rotors could still be used, I like to change rotors and pads at the same time. With how inexpensive these are (especially the first set), it has me nervous that they may be cheap and I'd have to replace soon anyways. Anyone have any experience with these types of kits? Or would I be better off keeping stock rotors and purchasing nice pads for the same price such as Hawks? This car is my DD and I spend a little time on the track (once every couple months). Any advice?

Nothing wrong with the stock rotors . I would just get some upgraded pads if you track the car occasionally.
i've used Hawk HP+ but they do dust up a fair bit .

Do they wear any faster than other pads if driven daily? I just don't want to be be rolling through pads if I only track it occasionally..

I'd stay away from those eBay brake kits. Go with a known quantity as far as pads go, and OEM blanks are fine as far as rotors go.

If you get ebay rotors at least get slotted and not drilled.

And get better brake pads, if you track hawk pads would be good. I have hp + but they're way too loud for DD so I have a set of cheap front pads I got for $20 that I swap in for DD.

If you're only interested in 1 or 2 track days a year, the Hawk Ceramic's might be a good choice. Almost NO brake dust and plenty of stopping power.

unless your OE rotors have mega-miles on them (100k+) don't waste your money changing them

I only just bought new rotors for my Honda Ridgeline tow vehicle @ 200,000 miles and I guarantee that your rotors don't have anywhere near the use abuse that these did.

What Brettus said. HPS or HP+. Factory rotors are fine. I keep getting asked at the track what brake upgrade I have, I tell them they are the stock ones. It really confuses the Porsche guys.

If it is really cold where you are, many of the upgraded pads will take a bit to get warm to work correctly. It can make the first stop of the morning interesting...

Do you feel that the stock brakes are doing the job? If you do, stick with stock. They worked just fine for me my first few years of tracking and it'll save money and they last longer. I think it's only when you feel like your brakes aren't up to the task that you need to upgrade. HP+ are great! They dust a lot, but I only got 3k miles and three track days (about 550 track miles) and they were done. You can always change out your pads the night before

I still run stock rotors so no help there.

Stock brakes are fine
for a good upgrade just get some better fluid SS lines and hawk pads installed

If you track your car, even occasionally, stay AWAY from ceramic pads. Who cares if they don't dust... their temperature range is crappy.

Oe or centric rotors will be fine, slotted\drilled rotors do nothing except making you brake less (less surface).
Hawk hps or hp+ may be a good alternative to OE pads, especially if you drive your car at an amateur level.

I have Racing Brake drilled/slotted rotors and have been using Akebono Advanced ProACT pads. Keeps my wheels clean and I still have decent stopping power.

Rotors will likely last forever. I do not track my car.

Stay away from ebay: GFORCE BRAKES - Canadian CROOKS !!!
