Clutch overheating?

After driving for a while, my 8 seems to be limiting clutch slip.

For example:

start car in the morning, wait for it to get to 190F coolant temp and I can do some great starts at 3.5k RPM. I get pushed back into my seat with limited slipping of the clutch.

after driving for about an hour, the clutch feels completely different. The same muscle memory used for getting a good start now feels as though I'm dropping the clutch too early and the car stutters. In order to get the same start as the morning I have to do a almost 2x as long clutch release.

I know I have a problem with my throwout bearing and possibly slave/master cylinder. I plan on replacing all these items soon but am wondering if there's anything I'm overlooking? Is there a clutch fan that's possibly going bad as well?

I feel like your throwout/hydraulic issues are the main culprit here. If the clutch re-engages too early in the pedal travel, the flipside is you might never be disengaging fully. That's hydraulics and it will shorten the life of your clutch. At least the hydraulics should be verified rather soon.

There should be ZERO slipping of the clutch at any point in a healthy RX-8 under acceleration, unless you're partially pressing the pedal.

Clutch fan is not a thing.

Short story, I don't think this is an 'ask the internet' question, it's more a have an experienced mechanic drive it question.

it did at one point feel as though I was not disengaging fully, I raised the clutch pedal disengage point. it felt better
I know the hydraulics are fucked as I saw some clutch fluid leaking from the line at the clutch pedal on the interior of the car.
I had thewird drive it, turn it off, wait, drive it again he said it felt like a normal 8.

and as mentioned before I know I have a few problems related to the clutch, just seeing if there's any other part of the assembly that could also give me this issue so that I could fix it.
