Wrong. Retro fit is really easy. All PCMs (including on the European models - where cruise was not available) are actually Cruise Control enabled. Install the buttons, connect to groung and PCM and it works. There are quite a few cars running with retro-fitted Cruise control now aroud here. I got my buttons today through a group buy on the Dutch forum.

What was the cost for the kit?
Me neither initially. But it actually makes sense. Most strategy software do include all strategy modules that are enabled or disabled in the calibration (mapping).
We bought the button set from Japanparts in Japan, and obtained the connector contacts from the dealer. It came eventually out at 160 Eur per person.
