Loss of power in top end

So I have recently had this problem arise. I am losing power in the top end. It starts to flatline at a7.5 and continues to flatline until redline. It runs fine on the bottom end and I haven't noticed a difference with that so much. Anybody have any ideas as to what would be causing this or has anybody else had similar problems. I recently had my nitrous hooked up so I am thinking it would be a bad coil or a fouled plug but I just thought I would check with all of you. Any help would be appreciated.

see I heard that the coils were weak but I didn't know if they had the same effect in the rotary as it did with pistons. I thought it would be a little more obvious and would stutter more then just kill power.....Never thought about the cat..
