Bilstein engine flush?

Is the http://www.redwoodgeneral.com/flush.htm possible to use on rotaries like
the renisis?

MY opinion:
Anything is possible, of course, but this kind of flush is not necessary or perhaps not even advisable. If you do regular oil changes this would be a waste of time and money. Just another gimick to get your dollars or euros or whatever.

Having said that, if you had an old clunker with 200K miles on it and the oil had never been changed, it might be worth doing this. But personally, even in that case, I would be worried about damaging old seals and gaskets that are somewhat protected by a patina of old oil film.

My wife had an 88 Dodge Shadow always took good care of it, at 178000 kms had an oil flush in a moment of weakness and voila! ...oil leak ... from the rear seal...Dealer said exactly what <i> GO48</i> said...
