Canzoomer kit + turbo kit.......??

Turbo getting fitted. Its a small one to be used on 6psi boost max. Rather than get the Motec happening.

Does the Canzoomer kit work for a mild turbo job, bearing in mind injector flow rates.

Did a quicky search in case this was talked about but didn't see anything straight away.

The answer is probably.... It will handle any turbo job.. because you can use it to custom tune your own fuel and ignition maps. Out of the box, probably not.

Stage 3 is supposed to support multiple fuel maps which you would need for a FI application. The only others that would be compatible to my knowledge would be Ric Shaw's ECU which I've heard very little on, you can check it out in Hymee's thread in the Australian Forum or like you stated go Motec BUT you will have to totally set up the base maps and I don't even know if they have "hooks" for all the features that our ECU controls...one of the vendors here (I am not sure if I can give out a name since I am not affiliated with them and I should let them come out first) is checking on AEM to see if they can Beta test one on their 8 for their Turbo application...but again base maps will have to be set up and function mapping for all the other features will have to be maticulously gone over to see if we are able to retain all features on the current ECU...

The unit can be connected to a MAP sensor for forced induction. We haven't done anything in this area yet. You will need a wideband O2 sensor, the programming software and cable, and a laptop computer.

I'll let Maurice answer that (I'll see him on Saturday and let him know you asked - or you can e-mail him - maurice@harddata.com). I know he has been talking to others who want to do the same.

He's still in Toronto now. I expect him back tomorrow evening.
