RB Catback installed and white smoke

Tried to search but got a n00b question. Just got my racing beat catback system installed on my RX8 and there some wierd smelling white smoke coming out of the exhaust. My friend says its normal but would like a second opinion hehe. Also how long does it take for the smoke to wear out?

Yupp, same thing happened to my friends Accord after Borla. Only on the instructions they said, "White smoke will come out for a while after you install it but will go away."
