check engine misfire code, help!

I have a 06 rx8 with 7000 miles. It has a greddy turbo kit dyno tuned on the e-manage ultimate. There is a p0302 code which said it was cyl #2 misfire. The car idles, but it sounds deeper and the whole car shakes like it has a v8 under the hood.
This all happend when I was in 4th gear at about 3k rpm, i dropped it down to 3rd, and mashed on it, the car took off for about a sec in boost, and then completly stopped pulling. Right now the car drives but very sluggishly. It can hold an idle, but theres a hissing sound thats coming from somewhere near the intake manifold. Its not one continuous hiss like a vacuum leak, it sounds like a metronome and it will speed up if the rpm's go up.

i have exactly the same problem..misfire code..,sluggish performance...severe power loss....does your turbo push boost now that this has happened? mine dosent and there is a loud screaming noise thats only getting worse. im thinking its the bearings in the turbo going but im not 100% positive i havent taken it off yet (wisconsin winters suck)

i haven't tried to boost it. the turbo sounds fine when i drove it back home. the car just boggs really bad when i slowly try to get on it., and the exhaust fumes smell like straight unburnt gas.

solution:
1) sell rx-8
2) pre-order Nissan GT-R
