police report states they were estimated at going 40 mph in a 35 zone.
My question is, how can you make a right turn at 40 mph on a narrow road, and two, if the report states both vehicles had only direct front impact....How would that have even been possible if I was on the alleged road they said, and they were making the turn they "claimed." Would have been a t bone if anything.
The police report does say, however, that i was traveling west bound (the direction i was actually facing when i attempted to make my left hand turn from the REAL side of the intersection I was on, not the one they lied about.) So that contradicts their statement, because had i been on the side of the road they claimed, i would be going southbound.
If i get marked at fault and their insurance doesn't pay, I'm going to be ridiculously pissed off because I'm out a car.
I was facing west bound, i had a green light, started to make my turn, they were on the opposite side of the intersection heading toward me (east bound) in the turning lane with directional on, but they went straight instead, plowed right into the front of my car, hit me so hard it spun me 180 degrees and knocked me back about 15 feet.
The next intersection over has cameras, so If i can get the police officer in charge tomorrow to view the cameras, he can prove I was never on the road those kids claimed i was on...But I mean, even that aside,
the fact my car is reported as actually going the direction i was going in on the police report (west bound) completely contradicts their story of what side of the intersection I was on.
I suppose i'll know more by tomorrow...ugh. I'm just so fed up with this. I doubt their insurance company is going to care that they were speeding, or that their story doesnt line up. I'm pretty sure i'm getting screwed.

Sorry for your loss. Mine was totaled on 528 in front of the airport, at the tool booth they just announced they are going to demolish. If you can, get pictures of the road as well. Might be some tire tracks you can point to.
Get checked out too. I found out I had two herniated disks from mine.
