Wet Handling

Anybody have any comments on the wet handling of the 8?

Just concerned after writing off my Elise in the wet with lift off oversteer and have heard a couple of reviews mentioning it.

Does the rear loop spoiler help this at all and is this option available in the UK?

I asked my dealer about the hoop spoiler and he said that as far as he knew it wasn't an option as the lip spoilers were already put on the cars before delivery. If you wanted a hoop spoiler it would have to be done after purchase, and you may get some holes left over from the lip spoiler as the fittings may be different.
If you decide to get the hoop let me know, i'd be interested to see how it turns out!
