RX8 club/specific screen printed shirts
First off. Admin, if this is in the wrong area, please let me know, or move it for me. Thanks.
Also note. If RX8club.com already has the club shirts contracted out, I don't want to infringe on that, so they can be RX8 specific, without mentioning the club name.
My roommate, who previously co-owned a screen printing business, is starting his own company. He does top notch work, using American Apparel, Jerzees, Gildan for t-shirts and hoodies. I am testing the waters, looking for interest, and ideas.
T-shirt colors can consist of pretty much anything. Same goes for hoodies. Designs can consist of up to 4 colors for shirts, 3 colors for hoodies. Print areas can be front and back for the most part, wrap around lower sides can be done. All printing is printed in plastisol.
Having your screen name or personal name added to the back may be an option, if enough interest is shown, for additional cost.
Please post interest, and post pictures, ideas, etc. that we can use to determine a few choices of shirts to start printing. Would need to be a decent amount, approximately 20 per style. Prints can be done on either t-shirt or hoodie. After design specs and quantity are determined, a price will be determined. I can tell you they are very high quality(I wear alot of his old stuff every day) and very competitively priced.
(There is a $10 design fee and $20 screen setup fee, that may be waived or reduced if quantities are high)
So post away!
(Please give a general size description and placement on the shirt)

Oh yeah, my bad. Spaced that out completely. Lets say RX8 and Rotary related tee's and hoodies. Still have the option of added a personal or username on the shirts.

I can guarantee you they will be very well priced. He cant mark them up very much, because i know the costs behind them, and will be helping print them as well. My time will take money off the end as well.
I think i have decided to stray away from rx8club.com shirts, to not step on anyones toes. I am going to send Polak a message to see if he would mind, just to see.

Per Wikipedia "Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas."
Go to your closet and look at any name brand shirt. Anything with print. If it feels plastic, and rubbery, thats probably vinyl. Most DC, or most like "skater" brand shirts, if you will, are screen printed.

Huge hole is huge
since I'm at work, I can't really give good design ideas *Stupid paint...*
What about something simple. A white shirt with a black/white outline/artistic drawing of a rotor....I know I've seen something like it before, but I'll see what paint can give me *something hideous, but you'll get the idea..*
Yeah, horrible...I can't draw haha.
Something like this, but more artistic looking.

I'd love to have a shirt with an RX8 (car or words) and a rotary-themed motif on it.
Something like this:

Maybe with a bent and twisted piston sitting in a puddle of oil under it

maybe a cool design of a rotor on the front (big) and on the back put a big "8" in the same script that is on our cars. simple, but hey, its all i got in such short notice. this actually has me wanting to start doodling. I will see what I can come up with. I know there are a lot of VERY artistic and creative minds on this site, so just be patient and they will come forward.

Personal preference: Make the front design small pocket-sized, rather than full size. I'm not sure how others feel about this, but I figured couldn't hurt to throw it out.
