I just bought my RX-8 today, pretty exciting! I was wondering has anyone tried the HKS Legamax Exhaust.?If so how is it? and what are the best exhausts for an RX-8?

Ok well here in Germany the only muffler they sell is from Sebring(which iz a very known brand in racing here in Europe).
Well itz stainless steel and for bout 400$ pretty cheap so I orderd it.
And what can I say not only u got a little better performance... noooo the sound that checks out at ur rear iz greeeaaat not too loud(I mean come on do a 500 Mile trip with a racingmuffler and ur ears fall off just got the right nice tone that u wanna hear.
And itz good to scare the hell out off drivers in ur back, when u r in 4th gear and suddenly shift down for 2nd and hit the hammer)))

Nothing is wrong with Vanilla mind you... My neighbors vanilla Ferrari Modena is a lot better than any Modded RX-8 right now out there.

OK, HKS has been covered extensively. Do a search and you'll find a ton of threads about it as well as movies and sound clips.

And there's nothing wrong with keeping YOUR car stock if YOU want. Theres also nothing wrong with modding your car. Live and let live. rx8miami, why make a point of suggesting keeping the car stock when you claim not to in your sig?

P/M nojooc he has one... get some opinion for the owners not the talkers... I am one of them. I only read what it is in the RX-8 magazine. Better talk to someone who owns it... right nojooc?
