How much bhp does a 4AT JDM RX8 generate?
Ok did a quick search, but can't seem to find a concise answer, or a rough estimate of sorts.
Most of the sources I've found talk about the 6MT.
As I plan to decal my 8 with a beatmania IIDX video game themed "bpm"(beats per minute) decal, I'm looking to use the number of horses my 4AT can churn out as the value.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
If there is a thread I've missed that contains this information, I am really sorry! I can't find it (;_; )

A Google search didn't provide any info ? You obviously don't know how to use Google (if that's even possible)....Did you even try the Mazda.co.jp site ?
Anyway, the 4port Renesis is rated at 197HP for JDM and 192HP for EUDM versions...the "new" batch of 6AT is rated at 210HP, but this is with the 6port version...
And for the record: you are going to decal your car with a game sticker ? How old are you exactly ?

I tried "JDM 4AT RX-8 bhp" and other variants on google and got smack into a wall of completely irrelevant results from overzealous motoring sites with confusing menus trying to attract hits through search engines.
Yes I have tried mazda.co.jp, browsed through their physical catalog which I have, as well as consulted my manual, but cannot find a single thing about its bhp.
How and where exactly did you find out, I'm very interested to know (@_@)
and for the record, I'm 19. I love my games and anime (;_; ) I was inspired by the otaku-mobiles in communities I visit, including 4chan. I thought the brand-spoof things they did where they turned decals such as AEM, Venom, Racinghart etc into anime-related names was quite an interesting idea.
