You mean I SHOULDNT have taken out the braces behind the back seat so I could build a huge sculpture of my head in the back seat area of my car??

its like goin' back in time in a way, considering the 8 is takin' over the 7....right?
so its like hey lets take a 7, which is already replaced w/ the 8, remake it and make it a convertable, nasty!
make the damn 8 a convertable, plain and simple..hah

you do make a pretty good point about the sebrings, the hard tops are nice and the coverts are just sickning!! idk, them guys @ mazda can do no harm in this, I mean they made the 8 a DREAM, I don't think there is no screwin' up now....idk?

Should have a hitch - because there sure wouldn't be any trunk room. But shortened to a two seater hard top convertible with top stored Chevy SSR style - could be nice. John

Regardless, there is no reason why they can't turn this car into a 'vert, as a major part of the structural stiffness is due to the center tunnel "backbone."

Thanks for the choh whealy but it really looks alot like the eclipse from that angle. ehh I'd love to see a t-top or targa top but I'm sold anyway, so that would really just complcaite the choices of options when I go to buy mine. not really a bad problem.
