fortune magazine is about as solid a source of automotive knowledge as the lounge at www.rx7club.com is a source of well tempered and thoughtful commentary on important current events.

I liked this idea, but I don't know about the "stimulant spray." How about a skunk or rotten egg smell? The threat of that would keep you awake better, I bet.
Eye Monitoring for Drowsiness
Starting next year, 18-wheelers will be outfitted with eye scanners to monitor truck drivers' blinking rates and pupils for drowsiness or inebriation.
