ON Tires

So I need two new tires for the rear of my car and I was thinking of getting Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 245/40 18 will these fit my stock rims and what do you guys think of those tires.

I understand that the tires we use are awfully expensive but why not get a full set at once?

Two on the front are almost brand new and I was thinking 225/45 on front and 245/40 on rear.

chris, IMO, staggered fittment isnt a good idea. You cant rotate your tires and thus greatly reduce the life of 2 of them. 245/40r18 is the size that most people upgrade to on the stock wheels.

Agreed...avoid stagger if you can. I run 245/40R18 on all fours and I love them. Fat rubber, fits the wheelwell real nice, won't come close to rubbing and I can rotate them front to back (cross directional tires).

You can easily sell your 2 225/45R18's to someone on this site, they are always in demand, especially to people returning their 8's off lease. And any Bridgestone tire is a great tire in my opinion, albeit expensive...

I have two nearly new (about 5000KM on them) Dunlop Direzza tires just sitting around. 225/45R18
