Hi,

I've been lurking here for a while and thought I'd say hi and introduce myself.

My name is Ben (Saru is just something I've adopted as a nic name :) ) and I'm a rotorholic ;) I'd love an RX-8 but students (even PhD students) aren't supposed to have (kind of) expensive sports cars - so I've got a cheaper one instead - a stock-ish white 1982 RX-7.

I'm such a rotorholic that I got together with some other rotorholics and started a club - Rotary Enthusiasts of the ACT. We're small, but growing: we're a fully incorporated, serious, car club. We've got members from all walks of life and all ages with one thing in common - love of the rotary (and Mazdas, really).

I'd like to extend an invitation to any RX-8 owners, but particularly those in and around Canberra, to attend any of our events and check us out and, if you like us, join up!
