here's my problem:



Right now i am werking for a company and i have just started. So i am on 3 months probation period.

The problem is that i have a contract which states that i need to give 2 months notice if i wanto quit.

so does the 2 months also apply to me as well?
Or is it only for the confirmed staff??

But it seems that according to the contract, i;'m screwed....
here's whats written in the contract:

3. Term
you period of employment shall commence on the effective date and shall thereafter continue unless terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the is agreement ("the TERM")

17. Termination by notice:
Subject to clause 3 above, your employment may be termiated at any time by either party giving to the other not less then 2 months written notive of termnation or twon month;s salary in lieu of such notice....... etc...etc.....
