here's my problem: Right now i am werking for a company and i have just started. So i am on 3 months probation period. The problem is that i have a contract which states that i need to give 2 months notice if i wanto quit. so does the 2 months also apply to me as well? Or is it only for the confirmed staff?? Hope anyone can help out here. Thanks! But it seems that according to the contract, i;'m screwed.... here's whats written in the contract: 3. Term you period of employment shall commence on the effective date and shall thereafter continue unless terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the is agreement ("the TERM") --->a few pages down---> 17. Termination by notice: Subject to clause 3 above, your employment may be termiated at any time by either party giving to the other not less then 2 months written notive of termnation or twon month;s salary in lieu of such notice....... etc...etc..... Looks like i'm bummed for the next 2months |
