What should I do? (dealer service)

I took my 8 to the dealer about 2 weeks ago for the air bag recall. At that time I asked them to apply the "L" flash for flooding reasons. (Haven't flooded it but, it was a good reason for the flash). On my work order they stated they did the latest PCM calibration. I accepted this a truth until I did the 20 brake pump reset procedure. So I go back to the dealer today and questioned them about this. They looked at my car for about 20 min. then gave me some BS story about how they had CD #29 and not the CD with the flash on it. They promissed to do the latest "M" flash as soon as they get it.

My question is should I contact MNAO since the dealer billed the latest calibration on my work order and didn't actually do it?

If there is not another dealer close by to do service with I would definately let MNAO know.

Interesting

I just went in for the recall too. I requested the oil pan TSB and the reinforced **** TSB. They agreed on the **** but not the oil pan. I pulled out a printed copy of all the TSBs right there and spoke with the service advisor about it. He said to keep them for the furture in case there was a problem but "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" was his reply. My car has the original programming, no CEL light, everything seems okay but reading things here makes me think that I should "keep up" with alterations yet they are not willing to mess with it at the dealer.

Well I do have a dealer closer, alot closer (within 2 miles of my house) The reason I haven't been going to that dealer is because of thier very very bad sales department. When I went to buy my 8 I looked at this dealer first (since it's close to my house) and thier prices where crazy, they wanted $900.00+ for the spare tire kit.

On the other hand the dealer I'm having a service problem with has a great sales department. (Non commission sales staff) This dealer gave me a great deal and were wonderful to work with. So I thought I would continue to take my business to them.
