i bought one off ebay when i had the same amount of damage you probably had, it was 100 bux shipped then 300 to have it painted. when i was going to have mine repaired by a body shop they wanted 630.00 to heat up the bumper pop it out and paint it....

Check the for sale section here. You might find someone that got a kit selling their stock bumper. If you hit it right, you may not even need to get it sprayed

i parked the car in the sun today and the dent popped out by itself... does this mean i could maybe get the bumper repaired for less than replacing one completely

Lol damm it must have been a warm day over there today

actually it wasn't that hot out today
the dent popped out, but it's still extremely noticable i'll try and get some pictures of it up tomorrow and show you the damage
