I've been lookin around this site for a few weeks now, and decided to actually join!
I'm located in the NW burbs of chicago. I've seen only few RX8's around here.
I've been doin research on them through this site, and love watchin YOUTUBE vid's of the car. I've seen the TOPGEAR review of the 8, and i fell in love. hahaha

If you guys can give me some tips on anything or good deals? That would be great!
I've been eyein an 8 at the Schaumburg Mazda. It's winning blue with the factory kit, and LOOKS SEXY. 6speed also. ;)

But just sayin hi to the Midwestern guys, lettin you all know, im lookin forward to being a 8 owner!

Welcome! Did you test drive the Winning Blue 8 they have on thier lot today around 3pm? If so I saw ya! If not you better pick it up soon before someone else does....it's a sweet looking car!

19x38-50 seems to work

for the recalls and updates, make sure the dealer does them

Damn, sorry about the bad news man. That happened to me a few times while I was shopping for them. They might sit there a week or two but the day you want to buy it is the day everyone else does too. :banghead:

But that silver does look clean as hell! And like chetrickerman said it's a great deal! Try to get them to toss and extended warranty in there for ya and you'll have one sweet ride right off the bat!
