Damn Damn Damn; it's just too damn far
Next year is definitely more of a possibility. It would cost me close to $1K for this trip (gas, food, hotel, beeeeer, etc). I'll start saving now for next year. Hope you guys have a great time like always; I know you will

Hay Screamn8, we expect some drop outs due to conflicts in schedule and $$$$$. Any one who does drop out does not know what they are missing. I think that if they listen to peeps that have attended they will think twice about dropping out.
Phil: are you collecting the T-shirt funds up front, you'll get a better idea of whose actually coming. I think this is what Scremn was eluding to.
I have a paypal account and can help you out with that if you'd like.

1. I don't want anyone to think he/she has to buy a T shirt to come. The meet is open to all rotary peeps at no charge. I doubt the cost of a T would be a deal breaker but some of the peeps may be short or just don't want a T.
2. I am taking request orders on the Ts so that everyone who wants one will
be assured of getting one in their size.
3. I am not yet in possession of the Ts so in good faith I could not accept money until I have them in my hand as they will not be available until the Friday meet. Any thing could happen.
4. I would hope that if the registered peeps are sure they are not coming
that they will request removal from the list. It can be done by PM if they
want to. I am expecting a percentage to drop out as they have every year.
I expected a better response on the Ts. I may be wearing WHiV Ts the rest of my life.

Well, I'll put you down for an extra large. when we were picking out Ts we were given six grades of Ts to choose from.
We picked Ts with a pocket and the #4 grade. I am not sure what in hell that means but figure they may not be the best nor the cheapest but are better than the median.

Well they are a little more money, but I hate Ts without them.......gotta have a place to carry glasses. So I figured that if I hate them others may also. The main pattern is on the back and thus is not effected by the pocket (or so we are told). Yes when we wanted a pattern on the front we did run into a small problem and that is why the front will be mainly lettering over the pocket. We are trying to get a quality T with a good rendering of our posting art. It takes forever to get them in the works and completed.
Seeing as I made the design I should probably order a shirt. Put me down for a large please.
Are these being printed on white or is there a possibility of another color?

Phil, please put me down for an XXXL sir.
Also, who ever created the Vegas 8's logo for this event, please contact me via PM letting me know it's ok to use the logo on the BHR website. I'm posting a news article about our attendance and didn't want to reproduce it without permission.
