"Whatever Happens in Vegas" Meet - 2010
NOTICE: If you are listed on the attendees list, please post if you will have a passenger for the event or if two of the listed attendees intend to drive together (name would be nice but not mandatory). We are now up to the high 50s in attendees and would like to figure the actual count of vehicles and peeps. If for any reason you do not sure of having a passenger, that's OK just let me know that it's a MAYBE.
I'll have my usual co-pilot with me.

I do wish to thank you for being the first to give me an answer.....Setting aside areas for food and meetings is hard if you don't have an idea of parking needs and the amount of chairs and tables needed.
