I was going to stay at my aunts house which is like 15 minutes from South Point (funny thing is she works at South Point ) but then I dont wanna be in-n-out of her house at all kinds of hours during the day or night, so im just gonna call her and ask her to get me a discount at the SouthPoint Hotel... That Hotel is really nice and seperated from everything else. When coming from Southern California it is at the beginning of Vegas before the strip. Its a Nice Big Hotel, PLENTY PARKING and has cameras One side of the Hotel faces the freeway and the other faces the parking lot, I suggest getting a side that faces the Parking Lot,

Us Socal People should stay there. PLENTY OF PARKING....Imma stay there for sure and if not then at the place where MM said

South Point is a very nice Hotel/Casino complex. I know that MM does not like Orleans but it is clean and about the same price as South Point and closer to the strip. If I were most of you, the Hilton is the best off strip location in town and close to everything (Old style Vegas Joint) (Has not changed too much since Elvis)

We are actively working at having a Hotel or Hotel Group sponsor the meet next year. They show interest but who knows how they will flop.

 

Its not that I don't Like the Orleans, I just don't dig that side of town.
It is pretty cool because its right next to Pole Position and the Palms.

Easy and I will probably sit down and decide on where we are staying after the SoCal Dyno Day.

 

I am pretty set on the Luxor. I will probably get that settled this week.

My favorite place to stay. Looks like $57 a night at my discounted rate.

 

I just did a quick check online and find that the Best Western will have rooms available from $35 - $45 that weekend. That is cheap for a room. Now you can get a two bed room with a rollaway for about $60.00. If three of you go together that would only be $20 each. If you need less than that then bring your tent. There are several campgrounds close to town with showers.
