I never caught the posting about you brining someone.....Sorry...... See your PMs. I update the attendance posting almost daily. Now if you order swag , that goes thru PayPal and they are not very good about posting me quickly on the purchases but do provide a rather accurate list when prompted.

The first mailing of swag will should go out on Friday April 22, 2011. I will post a list of all the attendees that have paid for swag at that time. Only the Tees will be shipped. All those attending, in person, will receive a mug and some other goodies that are now starting to come in. If you paid for any thing and don't see your name, PM me or 13X immediately so we can resolve with PayPal.

Would you happen to know if all the socal attendee's are caravaning? or are we all just supposed to meet at vegas?

(just noticed the list of socal attendee's are pretty slim )

 

Very slim, I was really hoping for a big SoCal turnout. Maybe they missed the thread, time to start recruiting.

Usually there is a caravan friday morning, once we see who else is going, we can plan accordingly.

Epotrich just made his reservations last night, so at least 2 cars are coming down from SLC.

Friday and Saturday Rates will be: $85.00 per day and weekday rates at $38.00 per day for those who want to come early or stay late. There is also a room tax of 12% and a Resort fee of $5.00 so those that wish to stay/arrive a day early/late will pay $247.96. There are suites and penthouse suites available at this time with a reduced rate. When reserving your room ask for pricing on any upgrade you may desire. Since the room rate is based upon double occupancy, you have your choice of a king size bed or two queen size beds. Reservations made by phone to (800) 675-3267 must use the group name of "DESERT BOILERS" not using this group name may not get the special rate or be told that the Hotel is sold out

AFTER CUTOFF DAY ROOMS ARE ON AN AS AVAILABLE BASIS SO GET YOUR RESERVATION IN EARLY.

Last year we had 12 cars from Cali, this year we only have 7 so far.
