When you post name information, PLEASE spell your names for me, I am the worlds worst speller and names do not come over correctly using spell check. Don't assume I know your name or know how to spell it correctly, some names have several ways of spelling. Old age might have something to do with that

No apologizes necessary. It was pointed out that the "O" should actually be a zero which is why I was getting errors. Once I entered it properly everything worked.

I was trying to use the Pay Pal link but it wont let me put in the number of shirts wanted? So the amount stays at $20 + 3? And like Jedi asked, are their women sizes?

Doug: I was JUST having that same issue trying to order shirts for Emilie and I. The quantity is grayed out so I can't change it.

Be sure to let me know when you reserve your room so that I can add your name to the confirmed list. Those that buy Ts in advance will be added automatically. There is a cut off day on the room special rate so you may wish to register now!!!! If you have already registered let me know as it is not easy getting a list out of the Orleans.

Thank you kind sir. All money collected from the sale of Ts and raffle tickets is spent to reimburse for purchases, expenses and for the betterment of the event.
If you register for a room at Orleans then no, you do not need to buy a T in advance. If you are using other lodging then I would appreciate the purchase of the T in advance. Purchase of the T is not a prerequisite to attendance but it does help defray the costs for all the other little things that make this event happen every year. If we figure everyone who posts is coming then only half show up we are stuck with costs based upon the projected attendance. If you purchase the T in advance then the majority of those costs are covered. If you purchase a T shirt or use Orleans for your lodging then we can figure that you are really coming and can plan accordingly. We do not receive any income or kick backs on the Hotel rooms but if you register for a room then chances are you are really going to attend and then hopefully buy a T and/or raffle tickets. The Hotel rooms are for our convenience and are what makes Orleans want to have us at their Hotel so the more we get to stay there insures that we get discount rates next year and maybe more.
Thank you to those that are PMing me with their names for the list. Please include your real first name, the real fist name of your passenger and the rotary you are going to bring (RX8 or 1st Gen 7, etc). When you order a shirt/shirts please supply screen name and forum association as this is on several different forums

Jedi, sorry we didn't order "womens" shirts, with as many of last years shirts left we went the safe route

As far as shirts quantities I was under the impression the dollar amount could be changed and include in the "instructions" sizes and anything else.
Doug/Jedi I am sure if there is an issue we can get her straightened out, we apologize to everyone that may be experiencing issues and will get it fixed ASAP
