'What Happens in Vegas' Meet - 2011
I make no promises, i may push it back a weekend, but i was planning on staying until tuesday since monday is someone else's special day

I just realized we are exactly 100 days away from this meet.
Those 3 months are going to FLY BY so if anyone is on the fence about this meet, you'd better hurry up and make your reservations because we'll be in Sin City before you even know it!

Be sure to let me know when you reserve your room so that I can add your name to the confirmed list. Those that buy Ts in advance will be added automaticaly. There is a cut off day on the room special rate so you may wish to register now!!!! If you have already registered let me know as it is not easy getting a list out of the Orleans.
Phil: I'll order my shirt in advance because I imagine pre-buying all of these shirts in advance can get expensive and I don't want you stuck with a bunch of shirts if people fall off or forget to pay, etc.

If you regester for a room at Orleans then no, you do not need to buy a T in advance. If you are using other lodging then I would appreciate the purchase of the T in advance.
Purchase of the T is not a prerequisite to attendance but it does help defray the costs for all the other little things that make this event happen every year.
If we figure everyone who posts is coming then only half show up we are stuck with costs based upon the projected attendance. If you purchase the T in advance then the majority of those costs are covered.
If you purchase a T shirt or use Orleans for your lodging then we can figure that you are really coming and can plan accordingly.

We do not receive any income or kick backs on the Hotel rooms but if you register for a room then chances are you are really going to attend and then hopefully buy a T and/or raffle tickets. The Hotel rooms are what makes Orleans want to have us at their Hotel so the more we get to stay there insures that we get discount rates next year and maybe more.
