Just a reminder on how to book your reservations and that there is a cutoff for the discounted rooms. Have those Visa cards handy. 
Reservations made by phone to (800) 675-3267 must use the group name of "DESERT BOILERS" not using this group name may not get the special rate or be told that the Hotel is sold out

well, I might as well break the news to you all early...I am going to the Indy 500 the following weekend - with WHiV it would be too much traveling too close together - and so the WHiV trip is a no-go for me this year. Have a shot and a whack for me at the Hofbrauhaus for old times' sake!
