To be listed as a participant you must ether rent a room at the Circus Circus or purchase a event Tee shirt, provide us with your screen and real first name, type of rotary you drive and state you represent. All participants are eligible for the car show and all other events.
We have a participant from the Northwest area that is coming to WHiV5 and is traveling alone and would like a paying passenger. Let me know if your interested and I will put the two of you together. He also has reserved a room and would be willing to share room costs.
The WHiV5 group will be attacking your area forums and be spreading out to other rotary forums shortly. If you know of a Forum that we need to post on, please let me or 13X know.

Tonight there will be a meet of the Organizers and helpers of WHiV5. You should all be bombarded after tonight with event news.

Sign me up as a Wannabee from Arizona. I know I'm not very active here, but I've got big plans for my 8 in the next month or so and I'd love to show it off 
Also, I'm flying to Hawaii the week before and getting back on the 17th, so it's perfect. I'll just extend my leave till Sunday.
