EDIT - Finally got these off the car today. Here are the pics. As you can see, the wheels are in excellent condition. I also have 4 wheel spacers not pictured which will be included with the wheels.


I am selling my car soon so I am swapping out my wheels. As a result, I am selling my SSR competitions wheels.

These lightweight forged racing wheels measure 18X18.5 and are only 16.1lbs each. Offset is +42 and color is silver color w/ polished lip. I have had them a few years and they still have no dings or curb rash. These racing wheels sell for over $500 each brand new before tax and shipping when tirerack used to sell them. I am asking $1300 for them.

Does anyone know how much first generation rx8 wheels weigh? I thought they were around 25-28 lb each. Lighter wheels = less unsprung weight.

what happened to the stickers? were they reconditioned?

 

They don't come with stickers on the silver/light gun metal color. Not reconditioned just well taken care of. Going for 100 bucks on eBay now with local pickup or 225 bucks shipped.

I only know 1 other owner who had the silver ones (Jason in SJ - don't know if he still has his car) and he didn't have stickers either. Only saw them on the andracite ones.

 

Only selling for $405 now with local pickup or $530 shipped anywhere in the US. Someone is going to get these dirt cheap since there is no reserve.

Wheels ended up selling for $1,026.99 to a local buyer who is trying to low ball me with $1000 total payment. On top of that I have to pay $125 listing and selling fee. The joys of ebay....wish I had been able to sell these on this forum the 1st time around.
