Factory Rx8 Catalytic Converter

I have my 04 RX8 up for sale and I need to make it smog legal again to sell it. I have a Agency Power Cat-less mid pipe that I am willing to trade for the stock Cat and $100 bucks. Let me know if you are interested. I am located in N.Cali Tuolumne County Area.
