i believe its the first version, the front fits fine and the back gasket has been modified to directly bolt on, doesnt come with hardware...works FINE, i love the sound and it only gets loud at around 4k when you hear that sexy rasp, if bolted in fine should almost sound stock at start up and YES you do get the flames out the back eend
