I was at Bill Lang Mazda in Vallejo, Ca. today and saw a beautiful yellow 8 with custom black and yellow seats. Cudos to the owners. It looks great. I encouraged them to post pics here on the forum for all to see.

BTW for anyone in the North Bay looking for service, Bill Lang's service department is open 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.

 

7 days a week?! Holy Sh*t. That's great. Now I wish a dealership in the L.A. area would do that...

 

Ontario is open 6 days a week, next best thing.

 

Hey there, that was us

Ordered the car in November, took delivery late Feb, and the leather was done a few days ago. Up until this morning it was a bit dingy for pics -- needed a bath. If I can get my butt out of bed early tomorrow I may have some decent pics in the Photo Gallery.

Liked the look of yours with the clear side markers. Where'd you get those "stealth" bulbs? This is probably something I'll want to do eventually.

Next project is Grille fabrication for a/c and oil cooler openings.

Now, if they had side markers in "lightning yellow".... :D

I haven't seen yellow corners yet but when you get bulbs for the clear corners I would recommend looking into yellow instead of amber. One source for bulbs http://www.autolumination.com/
