Weekly Get Together in Sunnyvale?

Weekly Get Together in Sunnyvale
It seems like there are a bunch of people in the south bay that want to get together, but can't decide where or when. My favorite pizza place is Round Table on Mary Ave. in Sunnyvale. It's between Central Expressway and Maude. The manager said he would love to have us meet there. They do a lot of delivery, so it's never crowded, and there's plenty of parking. How about next Tuesday (8/26) at 6:00PM?

I work a block from there so Tuesday at 7:00 at the Round Table Pizza

I havent't seen another RX-8 on the roads yet.
Mazdabob, I want to see what the green colour looks like in person.
I hope you can make it.
(Green was my original choice, but I couldn't decide what kind of
shade it would be, so I went for the safe grey).

Sounds good. I work in Cupertino and I'm expecting to recieve my car this week; so I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it on Tuesday. I'll need a day or two after taking posession install my accessories and Zaino the hell out her.

There's a NorCal RX8 Club being kicked off tomorrow, Tuesday 8/26 at 7pm at Oak Tree Mazda on Steven's Creek. Seems like that would make a better / more organized get-together for RX8s, especially since there's talk of speakers coming down, organizing track days, and more.

That's on Wednesday the 27th @ 7 PM, not tomorrow. But either way, that is a good point, we should probably combine all in 1 day, especially for the folks driving there. It seems this thread is getting more attention than the one listed below:

I plan to be at Round Table on Tuesday as well. The focus is more on meeting the people.
I'll try to make the Oak Tree event as well but I am wary of too close an affiliation with the dealership. My wife bought a car from them in 1992 and I went in to look at their RX-8s last month. That dealership doesn't get a ringing endorsement from me.

We (the newly created NorCal RX-8 Club) decided to make it a weekly event, so we'll see you at Round Table (Mary Ave., between Central & Maude) on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 7:00 PM.
