I am thinking Saturday, about 80% sure I am going

 

if you are considering getting a compression test done you may want to have "jedi" the person setting up the dyno day, you can either send him a private message or post on that thread since they have a schedule..saturday is going to be the smaller turnout mainly because it will be turbo and supercharged rx8's that will hit the dyno, on sunday will be all the N/A & Nitrous rx8's..ill be there both days

Yea me. Just got my 8 and want to make sure everything is ok

 

dwolson2: what day are you available next weekend?
we'll be at SR Motorcars saturday and Sunday doing dyno runs and compression tests.

$50 gets you a compression test

 

hey jedi can i switch my compression test day to saturday? i dont think i can bear the suspense of waiting til sunday lol

I say dyno anyways.

unless you're WAAAAAYYYY low on compression (which you'd know by now), it's a good idea to get your tune all straightened out. Besides, I hear low compression motors actually still make good power up top.

 

not really lol, im just paranoid...15k miles with a turbo i feel like something should go wrong by now haha.

car still feels strong, i dont want more power i just want a safer tune...i dont care if it reduces my power a bit, i want my AFR to stay below 11.5 and not hover around 11.9 x_x

found out that place is 2 miles away from where I bought my car!

We'll literally be there ALL day Sunday if you want to come after church.
Saturday has more cars signed up for compression tests.

Doug im the first car on the dyno list for saturday (we will get started @ 9:00am) since my car is pretty much on limp mode and i cant really put too much load due to my larger fuel injectors and BHR coils im planning on taking pch so i can drive up there at 50-55 mph with out dealing with the steep conejo grade..im planning on leaving at 7:30 am. I know jess will most likely be taking the 101 and he is in Thousand Oaks. Lets see what jess's plans are...***PAGING KONIG***

not sure, you might want to ask on that dyno day thread, jedi the person who is organizing it should give you response pretty quickly
