Let's see the pics as soon as you get them installed! :D

I could have entered this one coz I dont have appearance package nor foglights. I think they are asking for a bare RX-8 for ease of installation and fitment. Saves them time having to remove a bunch of stuff.

Oh well, LA is too far for me.

Thanks for all your patience and interest in our MS Style Urethane Kit. We have selected a person for the test fitment but will leave it up to them to decide when and if they will reveal themselves. There will be a day or two delay because of cars that are already currently being worked on at our shop. However, the entire process should take about 3 to 4 days (if not faster) once we get it started. We of course will take a good amount of pictures to show in detail the fitment of the kit. So far, everything is going well.

We are hoping to have everything done very soon and if possible have the actual kits being sent to us within a week or two (pending review). If the fitment is good, we will ask that the selected individual to attend a couple of meets (but of course that would be up to that person). Regardless, we’ll make arrangements to either bring the kit to a meet or request that person to go. Hopefully you guys will get a chance to see it first hand within the next 2 weeks.

Outlaw…
Because the kit is in its test fitment and we’re not sure whether we will officially carry it, we cannot allow anyone to see the kit until its finished. However, once it is, perhaps the selected individual will agree to your requests.

Thanks!

Or how about we have our own meet? Free food?! =)

(sorry for the repost, just a bit easier..)

Great news guys! I just got the official word yesterday and WE ARE going to distribute the MS Style Urethane kit in the US market! I really appreciate everyone's patients and participation in the test fitment. I will be going down to the shop tomorrow to take pictures and have them posted right when I come back. I will see if the selected individual will be willing to head down to the next car meet so that everyone can take a look.

I’m currently talking to everyone from Aerowerks on the matter of pricing.. I will be having a meeting with them the same day so I’ll give the official word Thursday night. I will try my best to bring down a really good group buy price for all of you true RX8 enthusiast and especially for all those applicants.

I know many of your think business is business, but I do really appreciate everyone’s participation and comments in this thread and I’ll try to pay all of you back by getting a good price for you guys.

Thanks,
Will

The website is still in the works (being delayed). Because AeroWerksOnline is the product department of AutoWerks Paint and Body, we are currently working on both sites at the same time. Regardless if we get the site up, we will be selling the kit by next week latest. We have a rush shipment that was placed yesterday.

In addition, I completely understand about the concerns of people regarding security (after all, I buy stuff online as well). So we will allow pick-ups at the shop for those who are near by. I apologize for the inactive status of the site but at this time we are only carrying a few items, so having a complete site with nothign on there is useless. I'll posted all the information along with pictures tommorrow.

sorry guys.. the link won't be working for awhile...

Our post fell under group buys so we crossed some lines. It was our fault to offer up too much information that made it a thread that needed approval. We're currently working out a deal with the mods in terms to bring back the thread. They were only doing what's right, our fault.

Everything should be cleared up soon...

Sorry about the delay, I know everyone had their questions and comments. I just talked to one of the admins and we're going to clear everything up very soon. Just need to work out a deal with them to officially have a group buy thread. Should be any day now.

Meanwhile, I'm hoping this is okay but here's a pic to answer the questions about its durablity...

That is the actual kit of the one we put on the RX8 and came out fine. Durable urethane. I believe rock chips cracking the kit will be the least of your worries.

Hey guys, Great news...

I just talked to the selected individual of our original test fitment and we're going to have full out pictures by either late Monday or early Tuesday. Please stayed tuned on Monday/Tuesday for the pictures. In addition, he agreed to attend the next LA area meet.

If you want to view additional/larger photos of the kit, please visit our site and click on the bottom banner. A pop up will appear with all the complete details.

We already have a good number of kits available. We should get the word any day now from Ryan (site owner). On another note, special thanks to Omicron and Elara for there support in contacting Ryan for us about this matter.
