Spring kickoff car show & meet! 3/4/12
Racer's Edge Indoor Karting in Burbank is letting us go all out with this one!
They have been kind enough to let us use their facilities to host this great event!
This Sunday 3/4/12 from 12pm-5pm
960 Chestnut st, Burbank, CA 91506
Come out and bring friends and family for a day filled with
Live Music
Free Giveaways
Show/ Race Cars
VIP Indoor parking
Vendors with great stuff
Meet & Greet Pro Drivers from Formula D & XDC
Reputable shops offering their services for custom work
and of course... the chance to call out your friends by racing at this state of the art electric karting facility!
**Buy one get one free specials & discounts on memberships
BEST OF ALL...IT IS FREE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT!!!***
(Just bring a few bucks to spend on vendor items and racing)
IMPORTANT: Please respect the City, Venue, and people around you by behaving in a professional manner. This means:
NO BURNOUTS
NO REVVING
NO RACING
NO FIGHTING
PLEASE USE TRASHCANS
***BURBANK PD IS ON ALERT AND AWARE OF OUR EVENT SO IF YOU ACT A FOOL, YOU'LL GET TREATED LIKE ONE.***
NOTES:
Vendors: Need you to be there at 9:00 am SHARP to setup before cars roll in.
ALSO would appreciate any donations we can include in our raffle.
Show cars: Need you to be there by 10 am SHARP to get you all in place. There are a few cars I have selected to park in premium areas, I have not forgotten.
ITINERARY:
8 AM - Staff will open up and clear areas
9 AM - Vendor roll in and begin setup
10 AM - Show car roll in and setup
12 PM - Gates open
3 PM - RAFFLE!!!
5 PM - End show....roll out and vendor breakdown
VENUE MAP IS HERE!
Please notice that there is a designated area for show cars to come in and from a specific direction. You'll wanna come in TOWARDS victory if your car is really low and needs max clearance. We will direct you where to go once inside.
****The yellow areas mark where we will be parking all show cars***
***The red area is for truck/ trailer parking only***
***public parking will be outside on CHESTNUTS ST***
