make sure your not bumping the keys with your knee when you shift. this happend alot to me last year on my civic. I didnt notice untill a passenger saw my knee turn the car off.

I'm either driving the BMW or a minivan on a daily basis. The RX-8 is my wife's daily driver and what we currently use in autocross. (I used to autocross the BMW before we got the RX-8.)
Her previous car was an S2000, which we also autocrossed. She gets all the fun cars.

Spotted two 8s today around 9 headed south on the 880. One was red with appearance package, looked to be a chick, but couldn't tell for sure since the cell phone was blocking her head. The other was red also, but was completely stock. I was in my scraper.

I see the same chick on 880 all the time. BTW I wouldn't really consider the malibu a scraper (no chrome twenties, not a olds or a buick, nor suction tips).

The minivan has a (much smaller) pikachu on the rear windshield. As for the bimmer, I like it just the way it is. Actually I take that back--it could use a supercharger, but aftermarket stuff for BMWs is so expensive that every time I start thinking about it I then start to imagine how much more that same money would buy for an RX-8.________

saw a titnaium grey rx8 in the plaza on the intersection of paseo padre and mowry ave. in fremont. It was a hot white chick and had an appearence package. Had a front lp that i dont remember except for the heart in the middle.

Saw a VR on 9/5, with RX-8 Club decal on rear-side window, pull in right behind my SS at Royal Motors Service Dept. I was there for the recall... you too?

If she was really cute, why would she hide here pretty face under those sunglasses, huh? My two cents..haha. Man, I almost traded in my RX-8 for IS250 at Fremont Lexus today. They were only going to give me $12K for RX-8 with 42k miles on it, since they realized it was rear ended last year with $8k worth of damage. I only like the IS250 cuz it was so high tech inside with the start button, Nav, and rear back up camera. But good thing I didn't buy it today, i think I would of regret it. That car out the door was close to $48k... while my RX-8 (sport w/ appearance kit) cost me out the door $31k.
